My telephone don't work :o(

I lift up the reciever and it's just silent. The bill has been paid and everything.

Does anyone know what could be wrong and/or who I contact to fix it.

Try another phone. It might be simply that that's the problem. If it isn't I'd imagine you call the people up why you pay your bill to hmmm? By a different line before alone starts getting smart. I.e. a payphone.
