Yes, this arrived through my letter box this morning, with a Resident Evil Survival Handbook to go with it.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted takes the theme for the front cover this issue, while inside you can see what we're going to see from Nintendo at this year's E3, if you don't know already. Mario is next to be appearing in The Sims... And somewhere, there's link to footage of a kid who couldn't get enough of the game; so he went and did us al by completing Super Mario 64 (N64) in less than 20 MINUTES!! :o

Ah, here it is: http://www.archive.org/movies/gamevideos.php

Watch the video, then try it on DS!" Erm, yeah, okay....?

They've also taken a deep look into the forthcoming Fire Emblen game on the 'Cube, there's more on the PocketFami, heading our way from Japan, and there's a review of the Japanese version of the brand-new Harvest Moon title, which looks very nice indeed, taking a hint from The Wind Waker's point of view. So, here are the reviews, this month:

Harvest Moon: Song of Happiness (JAP) - 85
Donkey Konga 3 (JAP) - 80
Erm...

Well, that's all we got for the GameCube this month! :S
So, let's taken a dive into NGC Pocket, where you'll find all the latest Nintendo DS titles:

Touch! Kirby (JAP) - 5
Electroplankton (JAP) - 4
Yoshi's Touch & Go - 4
Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith - 2
Wario Ware: Twisted - 5
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories - 4
Yoshi's Universal Gravitation - 2
Mario Party Advance - 2 (Surely, it should be 'DS' though, right?)

Now, I know what time of year it is, but 2 reviews - two JAPANESE reviews - surely, something's gone badly wrong somewhere?

Usually, we'd expect something now. It might not be very good, it might even be an EA game, but I find this rather dissapointing that there is nothing else out this month.

Some sadistic little beggars were probably celebrating the Cube's latest birthday only last week (I forget how old it is) - just think back to what was available at this very time 3 years ago...

It's leading up to the summer which is pretty dead for releases on all formats and then each console is eventually moving aside.

Well more of the magazine is taken up with Gamecube content than anything else, so, joke void.

Haha, and this is the Nintendo GameCube magazine? Why not just make a DS magazine?

It certainly is a dry patch, which is no bad thing for me, having exams and whatnot, and it also gives me a chance to pick up some titles I may have missed, such as Tales. Still, there aren't any good games out until after the summer so I wouldn't expect this drought to end any time soon.

Nintendo's release list for Cube these past few months has been drier than Dringo's pusssy.

Since Resi 4, Splitters and Kaitos back around March, there's been nowt and will be nowt for a long time yet. Except Donkey Konga 2. Wow.
