Just got a prime example of attention-craving internet sad-whacks

Yar, it's the 1st image which looks Photoshopped. Looks like it's got blurs and smudges and the blood looks a little.. wrong. Dunno!

My thought was it was real but not deep, you see where there is more blood as the lines join up.

I had to do a talk on self-harming so researched some of the pictures.. it looks pretty similar >_<

The left of the image has been stretched, it looks like. Dunno why.

Looks Photoshopped to me.

Also, what's up with the 1st picture in the top-left corner? It's like the arm/leg has just been.. cut off!

Nope, sadly it's looks real.

Could be fake blood.

Pictures like that don't give a good sense of depth, so you can't tell if the cuts are actual cuts or if they've been down the novelty shop.
