I don't see why everyone hates him so much? He's not the sharpest tool in the box, I admit, and his girl troubles were hilarious to read about, but he's a nice enough guy? He doesn't seem to do anything bad and yet everyone seems to gang up against him.

Just leave him alone?

I thought about it ... but I reasoned that the BB couldn't possibly engage in covert dark-side crossing-over negotiations without everyone within a 400 mile radius overhearing his comments.

A fantastic combination of combatants, even Mr T will have trouble abainst such an almighty team. Just one thing, have you checked that Blessed isn't one of them? It may seem crazy but if Mr T was turned over to the dark side then anybody could be.
