Oh please, don't get me wrong - I'm not a Man Utd supporter. So we can dispel with the whole "we" and "you" business.

I'm just rightfully defending an excellent manager.

My whole argument is basically based on Man U are in decline and I blame this on Ferguson.

Man U didn't make a late season come back like they so often do when Ferguson gives a rant.

He hasn't had the best of luck with his latest signings to say the least. And I mean Rooney was hardly a brilliant spot. But I never criticised his past transfers. His past record shows that he could do it then. Since I've only seen Ronaldo and Heinze as top class buys (and Howard before he went on this dry spell).

I believe that Man U have had a couple of bad years now and that's too much for a club of their size. I would have replaced Ferguson when you last won the league and I haven't been saying it in hindsight, I said it at the time too. That would have atleast given a new long term manager these 2 years to settle in.

Fletcher certainly wasn't man of the match in any game I've seen.

And in reply, clearly you've forgotten how to win the title all together let alone defend it...

;P

I agree, Fergie is a world class manager, He took Aberdeen to heights unthoughtof, recognised the talents of Beckhan, Keane and Giggs. He is just too gd for Man U anyway.
RETURN TO ABERDEEN, THATS A TEAM THAT DESERVES YOU

Are you actually joking?

Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mikael Silvestre, Rio Ferdinand and Gabriel Heinze are all signings made by Ferguson.

He was also there before Ryan Giggs, David Beckham, Roy Keane, Nicky Butt, Gary Neville and a whole host of others broke into the team. He was the first manager to play them, and therefore recognised their talent.

Don't make stupid statements.

Fletcher has given some great peformances this season, man of the match against Arsenal on more than one occasion I believe.

Richardson is also up and coming, have you not been watching his performances for West Brom this season? he hasn't been given continous role in the United first team and still has time to prove himself.

I agree that there have been mistakes in purchases, but you can't blame Fergie for trying out some home grown talent because his previous experiance in doing so speaks for itself.
