I came home from work and ate 6 slices of crisp bacon then ate a massive bar of chocolate.

So there I was enjoying my grease filled morning when a massive pain swept across my chest, every breath tightened Satan's grip on my heart before I was on the floor praying to Allah for forgivness.

Then it went away and I had a Gold bar, I like Caramac.

I know thats unhealthy but i can't think why and i'm tempted to try it for the hell of it.

I think yesterday was the most unhealthy day ever.

I'm back on track again, all this studying makes my brain hungry.

I don't think I've had heart burn... haven't I said this?

Anyway, I've been eating healthy today.

It was a bad case of heartburn, its nothing unusual.

I've never really had heart burn that I know of, was simply a guess - a bad one it seems :]

Heartburn is nothing like what he described. Unless you have some Rennie's handy it hurts for hours, and I doubt heartburn could be bad enough to reduce someone to their knees either.
