So basically, I'm just interested in your favourite Anime series. I've started to gather quite a large collection now (40Gb on my HDD, 50Gb backed-up on DVD) and am curious as to what everyone else likes.
So, yeah, shoot.

I really want to get the uncut DVDs. I will get them one day.

I remember it slightly. I won't ruin it for those that have not seen it. May have to re-watch the last two episodes to recap. Have a fair idea now though.
Hmm... I think I just found what I'm doing tomorrow.

First series that got me into Anime, it's still great (brings back loads of memories)... I have to get the uncut and subbed version one day, though knowing the length that's going to be a hell of a big D/L.

Aha, yes, Chobits... were you freaked by the ending also? :D
Dragonball/Z
Evangelion
Martian Sucessor Nadesico
Chobits
Tenchi Muyo
As for feature length stuff
Perfect Blue
Spirited away
Ghost in the shell
Patlabor 1
All I can think of at the moment.

Pretty? It was genius. :D
My favourite series so far:
Fullmetal Alchemist
Samurai Champloo
FLCL
.Hack//SIGN
Naruto
Bleach
Of course, there's still loads I need to obtain (plus the fact that both Naruto and Bleach are still being released weekly) means that I'm chomping away at the ol' bandwidth. Oh yes, I can't wait for the limits to be introduced by BT in August... :(
:'(
Full Metal Alchemist is pretty good.
Hellsing was very good just left me wanting more. (and a big sod-off gun)
Spirited Away, Grave of the Fireflies, the Evangelion series.
Just seen SABRE MARIONETTE J on India's Animax channel. Excellent, if a little silly.
Ailes Grise is ok.
