Why problems? Coming up to exam time and I’m having to drive home from Leeds to drop t’other half and the dog off. Half an hour later I have to drive back to meet up with some guys so we can revise together. They all live 10 minutes away from the uni. Me? I live over 45 minutes away.
One of them will not come near me after I stopped him verbally abusing a female security guard in the library at the weekend. Another one met me last night and whittled on for nearly 2 hours on something I’ve told them for the last 3 weeks I’m not going to touch so that was a wasted evening. Tonight I goes there only to eventually turn my mobile on to receive a message saying he’s ‘tired’ and not coming with three sorrys in one text message, this despite the fact that he’s known for four years that I rarely turn it on. Comes back home and the other one’s emailed me at home, after I’d left to go back to Leeds, to say he wasn’t coming either.
I am so ballsed off but it will be alright because I will be setting mock exam questions for us to do at the weekend plus make sure we have a study room booked – not.
So my biggest problem with men at the moment is the fact that there are too many of them still breathing.

Hmmm – feels better, think I’ll go for a drink.
Make some good excuses and get down to some serious revision on your own.
"I’ve told them for the last 3 weeks I’m not going to touch"
etc I'm so funny everyone wants to quote this because it's witty
Yeah, pretty much screw them. No, bad choice of words again.. I mean, just don't bother. Everything's ok blah blah but isn't it better to study alone?
