Well, I agree with almost everything...well, everything really. Here are a list of players Yoo are almost definately getting rid of:

Van Nistelrooy - £20M
Saha - £5M
Kleberson - £4M
Fortune - £3M
Neville - £2.5M
Liam Miller - 1M
Ricardo - 500k

Thats a total of £36 Million!

Rio Ferdinand is also supposed to be on his way to Chelsea

Mak's only got another 2 seasons in him at his prime before he starts to lose it.

They may as well bring the 'best' in now, whilst they have the chance.

To be honest, it just looks like someone's trying to bump up his price tag.

Why would Chelsea need another midfielder in that position when they have Makelele?

Well according to teletext Michael Essien is on his way to Chelsea for £18M....

United don't have much money to sign anyone - unless they sell.

Apart from Ruud on your list, I see the rest as being possible departures - if anyone wants them. Fergie waited so long for Ruud when he got injured and have always supported him therefore I don't see him leaving.

I have heard stories of both Figo and Van Bommell coming in on free transfers as well as Nigel De Jong and Essien and god knows how many different Goalkeepers.

From your list of purchases the only realistic one is Essien.

I don't think they'll get him for that price either, but I still think they should buy him provided Madrid don't ask for a stupidly high price.

He obviously wants to leave and Man Yoo are one of his favorite clubs in the premiership.

Essien is probably the only one that will happen, but who knows with the signing of John Obi Mikel last week.
