Firstly.
What is everyone's problem with "what a waste of my time"... jesus christ.
This forum is called 'general chat'. Not 'chat everyone cares about' or whatever. It's general, it's anything, who cares.
And on TOP of that. This is one of the most RETARDED forums I have ever found, and believe me, making out that topics like this are 'pointless' and so on, as if it's actually LOWERING the NON EXISTANT STANDARDS in this place is nothing more than completely, completely idiotic.
So what if she's happy and wants to celebrate almost slightly in a stupid forum? Christ almighty what law did she break, what on earth has she done wrong to make all you knobtards jump on the hypocritical righteous brigade and poke fun at her for simply stating an opinion, a few statements. Because she's not smarmy, critical and like everyone else on here?
She's different to so many people on here and it almost appears like that's difficult for you to accept? So what if this doesn't interest you, why reply? "OMFG what is the point" like little old ladies bitching at anyone who isn't around.
If you find it boring to bother with, then don't. That's not her fault, that's yours. If she's doing nothing other than being herself, and the rest of you are sitting around pompously saying "oh well we don't like you" as if we're less of a community and more of a gang full of 12 year old kids.
And yes I am very, very proud of her because I know how much crap she takes (and often fights against) at work, and it's about time she was rewarded for that, and it's very understandable to see why she was so excited.
But it's not just her, this happens ALL the time. All the time, this hypocritical pretense your opinion matters MORE.
Jesus, grow up. You see one facet of her, of anybody, on this forum, and immedietely you're all so quick to judge. Most of you were asshats when you first got here, most of you still are, but if you want to get to know somebody then take some God damn patience and have the time to learn. All she's seemed to do is get treated pretty badly in here for simply being quite different to a hell of a lot of you that all merge together quite well.
You want to make this forum less boring? Then write something interesting yourself.
This forum is full of either people who start topics, or people who do nothing but comment on them. There are FAR too many little whining cowards on here that do little more than make snide comments at everyone as if they're any more important than the rest of us.
