I'm not sure about an Italian team winning the Champions League.
Italian football is in complete turmoil at the moment, rioting, drug taking, match fixing allegations etc.

I'd say Bayern or a Spanish team to win it!

Other Qs
1. Man U (unfortunately) but Liverpool will be close!

Don't really care about the rest so much, I'll maybe answer them another time!!

Grandprix, I think you mean the title will be between Man Utd, Man Utd, and Man Utd.

No Man Utd will not have it all their own way next season.

If Arsenal buy well then they will challenge.
Liverpool need one or two players as backup.
Man Utd need to buy players that people actually like.

Every decent player that signs for Man Utd ends up acting like jerks because they think they are so great. They won't think that if they don't make Europe next season!

Arsenal will win the Prem league.
Man U aren't buying very well and with their players we will be improving even more than them.
