How old you have to be to vote?

I know I'm registered as I had some Conservative lady come round asking for me, my brother, and Dad. I told her I'm not voting for them.

Can't you go and vote in a different constituency?

If you have just turned 18 don't you have to send off a form saying you want to be put on the electoral register?

Or am I thinking of something else?

I got mine at home, I'm not voting though. I live in a Conservative area, it's like the only one in the entirety of London. There's no chance of it going towards Labour, or anyone else.
