So, it isn't okay for me to say that you obviously have an inflated sense of self-importance in your arrogant, self-assured assertion that Metallica make the best music ever (an impossible thing to claim anyway) but it is okay for you to say this:
"I'm not too happy that Radiohead got the number one spot. The only thing their albums are good for is inducing a coma."
