Dunno if anyone here can remember this song, but it was released from 1996-1998 time and was a dancy kinda track.
It had no lyrics so I can't Google it, but it did repeat some people singing something that sounded like, "Hey um bum bum bum."
It had steel drums and stuff in it, and was just a cool random old song. Oh and the video featured loads of African people with their bodies painted as lions and tigers and elephants and stuff...
The name 'Sunshine' comes to mind, but I can't find anything. Now it's up to you lot.
