I just want to know if I'd be able to download films as it allows 15 hours a day and also is 15GB enough to surf sites for about 2 hours a day (e.g eBay and SR)
Is it good for MSN and would that speed be completely different to my current Dial-Up Connection ?
If not, what is the best package ? (e.g low price, about 1MB speed, high/no download limits)
Thanks
15GB will be fine if you don't download films, it's 500MB a day. However if you get caught in a porn vortex you could easily find this gone in just a couple of hours.
Limits are bad but if you only surf the web, download the occasional file and frequent p0rn sites then you should be alright.

Well we're not allowed to discuss the downloading of illegal films on here.
However I'll say that if you were to legally buy a DVD, then rip it onto your computer it could range anywhere from 150mb to over 1gb in size (depending on format and resolution etc), and say you were downloading another type of file ranging from 150mb to over 1gb it would take from 25 minutes to over 3 hours.
This all of course being legal, and illegal is bad. Don't do it.
When you say illegal films ... say if I were to download a film of WinMX, could I actually complete the download in a few hours (like 5) on that speed ?
The speed increase would be huge compared to dial-up.
If you don't use the internet to download illegal stuff then I would get it.
