Thought this would be a cash-in on the original (which I havent actually seen) and expected it to be rather poor, but it really wasn't.
It was, however, rather Pulp Fictionish, even with the dance scene with Travolta and Thurman, only much less jazzier, and more famous people. I think they bought loads of famous people from a warehouse in Dublin and just put them all in the film.
It has it's moments which mostly consisted of russian's getting shot and the Rock (wrestling guy) being gay to the max and reciting a 'monologue' from Bring It On.

I thought Be Cool was great. I went to see XXX 2 yesterday though, fantastic.
Andre Benjamin was great in it!
I much prefered Be Cool to Get Shorty and i thought that Travolta was actually quite boring, although most of the other cast i thought were great

I was starting to get bored with Stiller as the good guy all the time, so i was glad to see him as the baddie in Dodgeball
Ben stiller annoyed me for a while but he is brilliant, even though he's drawn up a Ant n Dec sort of thing with Owen Wilson.
I'd just got over Starsky & hutch and BAM, he's the vicar in the wedding at meet the fockers. Can't escape the two!
I'd say Vaughn is better as a baddie, but he played the nice guy role with some finess too. I think Stiller probably plays a better baddie though.

It's not really gay because they are supposed to be fighting each other...not shagging each other.

BADDIE - Starsky & Hutch, Be Cool
They are the only ones i have seen him in so far
I think he plays both parts brilliantly though.
