If you can remember, when it was my birthday my 'best mate' chipped my tooth. The same tooth got chipped a little more..and now I think another bit is going to chip. It looks loose, though it may be the way mt tooth chipped.

Shall I try and knock the loose bit off..or wait til it comes off naturally?

Definetly a phrase which should make it's way into every day conversation.

I broke one of my front teeth in half ina skateboarding accident when I was jut a nipper. The dentist rebuilt it with some sort of substance and said "you're too young to have it capped, but this rebuilding work will probably have fallen out by the time you're 21 so you'll be able to have it capped then.

I'm 24 and the rebuilt bit is still holding firm :-s

Dentists can do that. Although the fact that they sometimes numb the pain helps.

Depends. If it hurts, then go ahead and try to get rid of it.

Funnily enough, I have no recollection of these events at all. Should I?

I'm getting one of mine capped before i go to uni. I get free check-ups and reduced price procedures (non-NHS) till i'm 19. So I might as well while its free. Well I wouldnt have to get it done at all if i hadnt bee headbutted by some short ass.
