Have to agree with you on this one we live in a rural location but our nearest town has a Morrisons Supermarket and this guy is always standing outside trying to sell his Big Issue, he is smartly dressed! but not a local? there are jobs available in our area, all be it at the minimum wage if you want them!? he must not and would rather sell big issues!
