Sheesh. Mars Bars are only 38p in our vending machine and EVERYTHING is over-priced in there. I wouldn't pay it.
When I was small a Mars Bar was 12p here :(
I can get Mars bars for 32p at my local shop, although cans have skyrocketed up to a whopping 55p a go.
I nearly paid £1.25 for a 500ml bottle at a service station the other day until I realised that it was 2 for £2. £2 for 1l of coke, shocking.

In America cans of Coke were just a meager 40c which is about 22 - 25p..
Here, you'd be lucky to get something like that for less then 50p.

I thought similar when I paid 43p yesterday for a Crunchie, at first thought I had got a king size one, then realised they had stopped em.
