Nope.
I've found myself feeling down a few times. Maybe saying I was depressed would be an over-exaggeration. But I felt like rubbish, and it lasted quite a few days, perhaps longer.
I think it affects you mentally, and then the more you dwell on it, it becomes you. Nothing seems to matter anymore and you'd rather just hibernate in bed and pity yourself. It's a fickle thing, depression.
