A female friend of mine and Lights insisted that this happened to her friend. I pointed out time and time again it's an urban myth. She still insisted it was true. Having said that, she lives in her own fantasy world 7/8th's of the time........

Awful. I advise you to seek out a small independent shop and support them. Chains like Subway will destroy these types of shops. There's one in Jesmond, Newcastle, called "Dene's Delli" that's a hundred times better than anything Subway can produce.

If this is the "And he asked for no mayonnaise but guess what? It was a cyst!!!!!!!" story, it's urban legend.
It's pieces from hundreds of different chickens compressed and mechanically seperated, mashed and pumped with water/sugar/salt.
