...and I was setting up my account, and it asked me to input my Authentication Key... Where exactly would I find said key?

I keep looking under the CDs in hope it suddenly appears.

No luck yet :(

Look everywhere, then take it back.

I checked that too after someone told me it might be there.

I found mine whilst installing, entered code and "This authentication code is already in use" message.
Trip to Virgin next day to return and haven't looked back since.

Right hand, inside case for me. Caused me a lot of fretting until I found it. Then a weight lifted from my shoulders.

Mine's under the Manual I think.
