Right, yeah, I think it is 3 teams. Did a little search.

This season, due to the two major cup finals, it'll be:

Liverpool
5th place
6th place
and if Liverpool are already in the top 6, the team finishing in 7th will also make the Uefa Cup.

Top three in the fair play league:

1. Chelsea
2. Spurs
3. Norwich
