I can whole-heartedly recommend them. If you get Origin of Symmetry, get Absolution as well, and then Showbiz to finish off the Muse collection :P

Chilis- Californication
Guns and Roses- Greatest Hits
Radiohead- Amnesiac
The Darkness- Permission to Land
Chilis- Live in Hyde Park
Muse- Origin of Symmetry
Elbow- Cast of Thousands

They're all albums where they have absolutely no filler. They're rare I might add, as many bands don't put 100% into each album.

Look into The Bravery, Bloc Party, Cooper Temple Clause, Kasabian, Stereophonics, Kings of Leon, The Clash, etc. They all do solid albums.

Albums is not buying albvums with your fave singles on, but sometimes that can uncover some gems.

On the field I remember you were incredible, hey shut up, hey shut up, yeah..

And the last song is worse than those demos you got on keyboards at school

I quite liked Somebody Told Me, that quality throughout?

The Killers album does not have any bad tracks on it. It's just because people expect Mr. Brightside quality throughout, but that's an absolutely brilliant track. Listen to the later tracks, like Glamorous Indie Rock and Roll or On Top. Great stuff.

The basic structure of any CD collection, these are the cds you have to own:
