It's being made for it rather than ported to it, it's a year earlier and graphically superior to a PS2 version.

GC, purely because I have one and therefore can get it earlier.
Resident Evil 4 will be released as hype for the PS3 is starting up, I doubt it'll be shifting any of Playstation's systems.
It really is pretty obvious. The only reason you wouldn't get it on GC is if you didn't have one...
