Basically, it's a "dummy" election. Posters are allocated into groups, and have to start a campaign for other forum posters to vote for them.

a 99% tax on kevstar wouldn't do much good, as he just sponges off benefits anyway, and doesn't actually earn any money. Perhaps some sort of forced toil in the fields, followed by a public explosion?
