I think it's Goldfinger, but I'm not sure. I need some sort of proof too, as it's to settle a discussion.

I must admit, Goldfinger was my first thought.

I think that it is actually A View To A Kill. I know that had some horse racing in it and there was talk of it being fixed but I can't remember about the fences.
