Oh yes!
The good thing about the Dreamcast version is that it uses tracks from both arcade versions and from the Saturn version as well. These can then be mirrored and reversed, giving loads more tracks in theory.
The handling is the only thing I'm not entirely happy about, I've fiddled around with it, but it's still a bit loose for my liking. The game itself is so polished and fantastic though that after a while you won't notice and start getting used to it.
