Yep i am going to give your advice a try :)
If so, move the junk to your junk folder, select them all then delete, confirming that they are all Junk. Eventually this will block their domains from emailing you.
I used to get a lot of crap from addresses ending @zzcxvjkw.com etc. Now i very rarely get any.

The only real thing you can do on MSN is to block them but they always find a way round this.
EDIT - or whatever provider supplies your email account (since you can use MSN with other email addresses)
