On MSN how do i get rid of unwanted e-mail`s as you can guess i`m new to it and keep getting junk mail , which i can`t get rid of some help would be great as it`s doing my head in :)

Just set your jun mail filter to "exclusive", then anything that isn't from one of your contacts or an email address that you've approved goes straight in your Junk Mail folder.
