I'll stop rambling and get to the point a minute.
Neck pain, excruciating. I haven't even done anything to it. Got home from work, after a brief detour taking Lucy out for a nice Thai Curry and cold beverage. Get home, neck goes stiff. And it hurts. Then it hurts some more, as if some sadistic sod is slowly cranking the pain level up, to the point where I'm awake nearly all night because I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in.
Then, I wake up, neck still hurting, eyes bleary from lack of sleep and make a stupid decision. Going to work, instead of the doctors...
It hurts.
Sympathy and reccomendations on how to relieve the pain greatfully accepted.

Yeah, it's pretty rubbish most of the time.
I know it's supposed to be about the technical and spiritual sides of things, but unless you know about that, it's pretty hard to tell how impressive something's supposed to be.
Normal, rubbish people just want to see some impressive fighting.
Like the blind-folded Mandarin machete guy. That was amazing.
HOHOHO
"Mind, Body and Kickass Moves"?
:) One of my favourites! Some of the stuff they do is amazing and it's quite a refreshing programme.
It's all about the bodies natural "energy flow", or the fact that pushing certain spots and doing certain exercises relax the muscles that get "stiff" and "cramps" by unnecessary tension...
Sort of...
The thing is, it'll take AGES to get good at, but I hear that when you do get good at it you can do some pretty amazing things.
