Has NTL upgraded there speeds yet, i havent noticed anything if they have.
And what will it be, i have 1.5mb
(Its either 1mb or 1.5mb, what ever the 1.x option is..)

You can only do it online if you have a seperate Broadband cable modem. If you use your set top box you need to ring up.

I figured that the limit didn't bother me. I don't download 3GB a month anyway, and seeing as they're not even enforcing it anyway it doesn't matter. Plus, if you go over, you just get bumped back down to uncapped 300KB, which ain't bad.

Thats what my mate is doing. Tho' he's a film downloading commie, so he deserves a limit, and also to be caught :P

Oh, and to answer the question, you'll be moved from 1.5 to 3MB or from 750kb to 2MB, or from 300kb to 1MB.

I'm still on 300kb though. Today I've only downloaded 32mb, but I don't like the sound of a 3GB limit on a 1MB connection. At least this way I can download a 'slow' gig a day instead of having a 'fast' 90mb.
