Eric Bischoff, President of WCW is standing in the ring. A surreal atmosphere is evident due to the empty arena. The ring is laid out with a "red carpet" and has a table with a contract placed in the middle.
Bischoff smiles and looks at the camera:
"Welcome to this very special broadcast of WCW, where we will have the contract signing for Nitro's upcoming World Title clash. Could both competitors please come to the ring(the same level of "drama" as would be present at a live show doesn't isn't present now)"
Triple H comes out to the ring and is soon followed by Sting. After a brief staredown, Sting motions to HHH to sit down. Bischoff takes a seat in the middle of the table. He looks at both men:
"Now we will begin the contract signing. Triple H and Sting, you two are graced with the opportunity to become WCW's first new era World Champion. Now, I know you two will put on a great show, but lets just decide on a great stipulation to spice things up."
Sting and Triple H proceed:
Sting:"Well, I'd be wary of you cheating, so I wouldn't mind a No Disqualification match, just so I could use your own bad medecine to beat you. No matter what you do, I will beat you."
Triple H:"I want to beat you decisively. I want to be recognised as the best in this company. I want to beat you in the most gruelling test of endurance there is. I want a sixty minute Iron Man Match!"
Bischoff:"Hmm, this is a tough one. We'll leave it up to you fans to vote! We'll be back very shortly with the result."
An hour later........
Bischoff:"We're back and the results are in. The fans have voted to see an Iron Man Match!"
Triple H hits the table with his fist triumphantly. He quickly signs the contract and Bischoff instructs Sting to do the same, which he does.
Bischoff:"We have got ourselves a match!"
Sting leans towards the microphone and sneers at Triple H:
"I know I'll have no problem beating you no matter what match we have, because you haven't got the advantage of banging the boss's daughter here!"
This infuriates Triple H, who flings the table across the ring in a rage. He and Sting go nose to nose in an intense staredown.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Triple H kicks Sting directly in the groin, causing him to fall to the mat in pain.
Bischoff tries to get between them and Triple H punches the President of the company square in the face!!
Next, an irate Triple H begins to set up the table in the middle of the ring. He grabs Sting and singles for the Pedigree, but somehow The Stinger prevents the move, delivers a low blow of his own and hits the Scorpion Death Drop through the table!!!!! Sting lets out a "WOOOO" and leaves the ring.
Meanwhile, Bischoff has come around and is on the mic:
"You hit me!! I hereby make myself the Special Referee for Nitro's Iron Man match, and remember: Eric Bischoff NEVER forgets!"
Bischoff throws the mic ontop of Triple H's broken body, and leaves the ring as the picture fades.

Yeah, if it was the Main Event guys or Angle and Benoit. They'd put on one heck of match.
And Sting has still got massive drawing power.

Exactly...not the same type of match...I like Ultimate Submission matches, but i got a bit bored with the Triple H Vs Benoit Ironman match...it is good the first time but i wouldnt really want to watch it again.

So you are telling me that you would pay to see a show with two men in it and maybe about 2 matches just before? Where you could have a lot more matches and see a lot more people that you like. Fair enough, it is good having two of the top stars fighting, but if you dont like either of them and you think they are rubbish and annoying wrestlers who have only got to where they are by marrying the bosses daughter then you would much rather see someone that you like. Thats why a lot of people were disappointed when Smackdown came to England as one of the biggest and most popular stars didnt even make an appearance (Undertaker)

Erm, no, it usually shows how great two wrestlers are i.e Angle vs Benoit in an Ultimate Submission match a few years back, not the same type of match but more or less the same length
> At least thats what i thought.
Nope.

No it wouldn't, not if was your feds two biggest guys battling it out.
At least thats what i thought.
I would think fans would buy tickes to see a variety of stars, not just 2 men in a 1 hour match, that would be diappointing
6 Minutes would be an accomplishment
