I need to get the presie sorted pretty quick, I've learned that the Dreamcast has loads of good games is cheap and has the net, but apparently someone killed it, and there's no decent football games on it! So the only other choice is a PlayStation2, as I need to get one soon, his birthday is real near. But that's £300 3 times the price of a Dreamcast! Quick! Please let me know! What do the owners recommend?

There's no point gettin' the '64 because it's gonna go in just under a year.
If you don't wanna get a DC or PS2 then hold out for the GC (Tell him it'll be belated... by about a year and a half :-)) He qon't be dissapointed if you do though. The GC is gonna be superb! (and there is NO bias there, yeah no bias my ar...m)
But if you don't wanna wait then get a DC.

Get a Mega Drive. Much better than Ps2/Dreamcast/GAMECUBE/X-Box put together.

Go for it Big sal. The dreamcast is the best console now due to its games and internet access. If you wait a few months you should get a ps2 and buy the hard-drive which enables the internet.

It is indeed. As I've said elsewhere, the PS2 version of ISS Pro Evo 2 is due out later this year - around October, I think.
