What do you think is one of the greatest songs of our time, what song do you listen to and go "That's just totally genius, nothing can top this."
Tell us.

Im not talking about a list of your favourite songs, im on about a song that is so good it has a list of its own, if you dont know one, dont post it.

A song so great, if someone asked you in the street to name a good song, you would be proud to write it down on a peice of paper, put it in their pocket and walk off laughing.

Go on. Lets see what the Greatest Song of our Time is...

I would say Steve Vai - Windows to the Soul, because i personally think that is such an brilliant and amazing song.
But i know 90% of the world dont seem to like him. I only know a couple. But those who do like him are very similar to me in other genres of stuff. Not just music.
It's one of those, more then just sound things, i think, what steve plays really has a meaning.

I thought about that before I posted, but then thought that even though they're mostly before my time as well...they're pretty much still of our time. Bleh. Whatever.

I love The Who and Genesis and I own some Jethro Tull.

If you wantto hear the best trippy and varied music ever created have a listen to Ozric Tentacles.
