The problem was the Paypal account hadn't been linked to the Ebay (even though the ebay had been linked to the Paypal). Funny how theirs no mention of that on the Ebay website. You would have thought that with Ebay owning Paypal they would allow these sorts of features to be enabled from you're ebay account. Anyway, thanks Paradox for pointing me towards the 'profile' on the Paypal site.

You select, in your paypal options "Display palpal logos in my auctions" and they get added after it's been listed a few hours. They'll usually email you to tell you it's been added to your auctions too.

Yeah, but the account is verified. Its just not being shown as verified on ebay, so any ideas?
