It is a load of poop. It will not download anything anymore. It took me like an hour to download on song just because it would not download it. AND I'M ON BROADBAND.

If you have Broadband - use the secondary connection option as there are less people on it and so downloading is faster. If you share songs with the person you're downloading from it goes faster.
I was using WinMX until I had the same problem. Tried Limewire as I saw people recommending it here, didn't really think much of it really. Using Ares now and it reminds me of Napster for some reason, perhaps in that it works.
