That'll get rid of yer spyware.
Also, does this mean Ares is better? I know nothing about this sort of stuff. I can tell you the various steps of human evolution though, if you want. Uni teaches me such useful things.

I got caught for uploading a Film last year, by Paramount. They contacted my ISP and had my internet disabled. My ISP told me that they would have to get a letter or e-mail from Paramount before they would allow me to have the internet back.
i contacted paramount and explained that i owned the film on dvd but it had a scratch and was unplayable adn so i had downloaded a copy so that i could watch it again. Paramount excepted this and got me my internet back, some companies will ask for proof that you own the film.
With music there is no warning there is only a big ass fine per song and they don't normally have your internet disabled.
Films: Quite likely.
Music: Probably (with all the new fuss).
Apps: If the wrong serial is used or if it connects to the net to register.
Games: Not very likely at all.
Porn: Your never going to get caught unless it's bad porn.(kidds/animals)
Films: They keep quite a sharp eye on and if your downloading alot your very likely to get caught no matter what way you are downloading (torrent/p2p/magic).
