Quick warning though, it will consume your life. Really, it will.
I hate, more than most people alive, anything fantasy related. Can't stand dragons/pixies/goblins/wizards, yet all I do when not at work is World of Warcraft.
It's worrying just how much I play and look forward to it. Sob like a little girl who dropped her lolly on the floor when NTL doesn't work during the day because I can only squeeze in a couple hours before I have to sleep.
Why do I enjoy it? Because the usual part of RPG/MMORPGs - stat grinding/levelling up - happens incidentally to the game.
You take quests and have fun, explore and constantly think "Ok, I've seen the best thing ever now, I'd be...nope, this new bit is much better" and then, without realising, you'll glow and get that thrumming sound because you've advanced a level.
Genius game.
I'm buying WoW.
*feels dirty*
I hope you're happy :(
Who's the bigger fool, the fool or the fool who follows him?
Or Nash.
i'm voting for Nash
I accidently strayed into the Badlands... dead in a second.
Grix is going at the double the pace though... damn geek.
Nearly Level 18 though.

One of the reasons I've avoided MMORPG's in the past. I've got an adddictive personality and generally love RPG's to start with. With a bit of luck, It'll arrive tomorrow / Saturday and I'll be online soon afterwards. Looking forward to it immensely, as CS is starting to loose it's appeal due to the amount of cheating / accusations of cheating.
Ahhh. Future Sundays = Beer and WoW. Cool.
Light has turned into a woman
Goatboy has turned into a lead-minature lovin' geek
The entire board have turned into OCD WoW players
Cool.
Woke up at 11am, went on laptop about 12... just stopped there.
Just as well I'm on holiday (should be doing work though)
