Yep, no real JASB action in the Amy. Bob's best bit, though.

They were hardly even in it. It's their shortest appearence and up until their scene they don't really affect the plot at all (yes, I know a comic is being based on them and is included right from the credits).

It was more comedy based.I just saw it as a continuation of the Jay and Silent Bob saga TBH.

It would seem I misread your post.

I'm not sure how much I agree with you there. Chasing Amy is a really strong relationship film. Not only between Holden and Alyssa, but his friendship with Bankey too. It's played for laughs at times but nothing along the lines of say 'The Wedding Singer'.

I still stick to my opinion of it as one of the best romantic comedies in recent times.

Chasing Amy wasn't focused on the comedy more than the romance. Not seen the latter.

I think the same can be applied to pretty much every film ever.
I want him as the next Bond.
