"metal gear"

before buying metal gear solid 3, will i need to play the first and second ones to understand what is going on and what it is about. all my mates have got it and all say that it is a great game (which i no it is) and i really want it as they keep speaking about it.

if you ask me there is nothing better than metal gear i now have just completed all the mgs games on hard mode so skrew everybody and anyone that don't like mgs is es**ther gone in the head,tw@ish,or trying to badly offend me in that case sum1 need to beat the s*s**t out of them!!!

Why the hell did I even look at the mission log?

I still remember Asuka in GTA III going on about the FBI while the writing of what she's saying is going on about the mafia.

In MGS 1 I spotted a typo where it said "Sanek" instead of "Snake".

Just after you beat sniper wolf on the snow field, if you look at your mission log it says 'Otacon and Sanek' or something along those lines.

Why do I know this from 4 years ago? :(

For example - I'll let the Star Wars movies have prequels (as if I could stop 'em) - 'cos it begins off on Episode IV. So, you expect there to be prequels.

And The Hibernator never learns. He must play by his own rules...

game makers jus can not count they go "3,1,2,6,4,9,7,1,44,7,10" etc etc

Just call it "Metal Gear: Snake Eater"...
