Does any body play electric guitar on this forum? I'm just starting to learn and I want to know what sites you use to get your tabs?

I've had my guitar for about 6 months now and I've been playing it on and off - you've inspired me to play more :)

The best tab site would have to be Mxtabs.net

www.taborama.com gives you tab for guitar, bass, keyboars, drums and lyrics. Damn good.

I had my first lesson last night. Showed me a few chords and a couple of chillis stuff and a finger picking exercise. So gonna be practising thos plus getting a couple of stuff to do off of the internet. Also ifI'm having trouble with a song or some thing I can just copy on to a CD then he'll take it home and work out the tabs and that by him self.

I got a bass for christmas just to randomly teach myself to play. PLaying along to stuff like metallica really makes me realise how much i love playing lead guitar instead!! Especially when it gets to the solo \m/
