When I first got my PC my ex-boyfriend put a pic above the start menu, now I forget how to change it. Anyone know how I change it?

Thanks..I just added an account for my boyfriend.
Go to control panel > user accounts > pick the one with the pic (Lawrence) and then a menu with change picture is shown.
