Well, my vote would go to the Rock for most boring wrestler. He has been doing exactly the same moves over and over since he started wrestling. The "People's Elbow" gets absolutely no pops anymore and his way of changing is to start doing the Sharpshooter which is a move used by many wrestlers over the years. And they pulled it off much more convincingly.
I just wish we could go back to when the heels were actually nasty (like Sid Vicious or Stan Hansen) instead of severe jokes who wet themselves everytime they hear the Rock's theme tune, which is also getting very boring.
I only hope that Goldberg and Scott Steiner come to the WWF to show some of those wrestlers what power is.

I personally think the Undertaker needs to go back to his darkside gimmick and play mind games with everyone like he used to do.
Perry Saturn is annoying, as is Dean Malenko who is the most boring wrestler in the WWF.
Steven Regal is funny, he's a breath of fresh air in the WWF and it needs some fun in it again. Where did all those funny interview sections go like Jerry Lawlers King's Court, and then Paul Bearer used to do one, and Shawn Michaels Heart Break Hotel. I think we need something like that again.
