Hey. For my media studies coursework, I've decided to construct a website with CSS. I understand external style sheets (to a certain degree). I just don't understand

tags. Where and what do i save the files as. Thanks

Are you sure you've copied Coin's example fully? In your code, you've written spreadsheet, not stylesheet.

I have the ''. But i just copied a section and pasted it, but i think the second point about '/>' is the reason. Thanks again

Should be (/> is due to XHTML - never leave a tag without a closing tag open :D)
