I love it when the BBC does things like these, they're sooooo good.

From the pics it looks like it's gonna be really good, looks very 'Day After Tomorrow' styleeeee just maybe with a slightly decent storyline!

I think this is the best drama on BBC1 for a long time. My Science teacher has told us all to watch it tonight becase we are going to be studying it or something in tommorow's lesson.

I only saw the documentary afterwards, which just rubbed me up the wrong way completely.

The narrator as so melodramatic I wanted to kill him (especially about the 'signs' of developing magma, and then at the end the people said they didn't mean very much anyway). And then the final answer was 'Well, we dunno. It might happen tomorrow, or in 100,000 years'

Hooray. As might anything.

I think Joey Deacon did actually do the special effects. Good effort though, considering.

Yeah I agree, tonights part will be much more entertaining. I didn't expect it to have wonderful special effects or anything, I watched it because it's actually telling you what could happen anytime now, which is quite interesting.

That bit with the Bulls running looked so fake.

This part will be the most 'shocking' of the two. This is where everyone gets scared because what's shown could 'easily' happen to us!

It's quite good the way that they had the documentary on afterwards that backed everything up. Makes it seem better knowing that it's mostly true.

Wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. I don't think I will bother to watch the section part as I feel it would be a waste of an hour to be honest.

It was okay. Entertaining enough for me to want to watch the 2nd part tomorrow.

If it was on any other night, this would be crap. But it's a Sunday, so its a bit entertaining.
