Haven't all the others have been rated U, so PG would be a higher rating?
EDIT: From the article Pandaemonium posted I can see that Attack of the Clones got a PG and that 12A is the most likely rating, but the same article also features Lucas saying he wouldn't take a 6 year old to the film and to me that's only a PG. 12A is for when you don't think 11 year olds should be seeing it.

There's no chance of it being a 15 and I'd be quite surprised if it was a 12a. PG seems the most likely because George Lucas has said he 'wouldn't recommend taking 5 or 6 year olds to see it'.
