I googled for it, and found a forum that claimed you could do it, but I didn't understand the instructions - it was something about compiling from source but it didn't sound as simple as that.
Before I try and decipher their post, can anyone save me time by telling me a much easier way to do it? Any advice would be gladly appreciated.
It's one of the few things I haven't got working yet. I've got TV Card, sound card, printer, bluetooth dongle, MP3 player, gAIM, and a few other things working.
Installation instructions are in the README and very straight forward. Its possible it'll throw up errors during configure/install but cross those bridges if you come to them.
Symbolic links are straight forward too, especially if you're familiar with shortcuts on windows. Use the ln command from the terminal (man ln for manual) to create it. The link you provided has an example, just substitute the paths as required. If you're still stuck, just post the install paths and somebody on here can tell you the exact command I'm sure.
The only alternative you've got is to revert to 32 bit Firefox but depending on what SUSE installed for you that could be just as much a nightmare to get working because I suspect all your libs will be the 64 bit versions.
It talks about sym-links and things. I know what they are, but have no idea how to go about using them.
