There isn't exactly a Team Leader as such. It's just Team vs Team.
I ain't played either of them online...yet :-) but tommorow i go live. I reckon Rainbow Six online would be class. It would also give you a ultra realistic feel having like one guy team leader so there's no arguements. He tells his team mates to like open door, clear the room etc over a headset - quality!
