"Dreamweaver 4"

A friend of mine has just installed Dreamweaver 4 on my pc but the problem is that we don`t know how to use it.
Is it some sort of html program?? He told me that it`s used to make pictures change and animate on a website.
Is there anyone out the who can use?
Where can i get a manual from??

Oh right! I won`t try sniffing then. They can be wrappen in foil or something and then just hrown into a craowd....right?
I guess I`ll stick them on a teachers chair I hate all my teachers
